As a team, we bring our international backgrounds, extensive knowledge, and complementary facilitation styles to enhance our clients’ learning.
Eric called Mexico City home for 27 years, and Spanish was his first language. The culture, traditions and Latin flavor are an ingrained part of his style and how he interacts with people.
In his early career he frequently climbed one of the better known volcanos on his weekend bike rides with a close friend. He shares his cycling enthusiasm with his wife and business partner, Jeri.
Eric’s enthusiasm, patience, and caring for others carry over into the work he does with clients. Trained and experienced in international business, finance, and strategic management, Eric has worked with Fortune 100 companies domestically and internationally, non-profit organizations, and solopreneur start-ups during his more than 30 years of consulting. Comfortable in both languages, he works with English and Spanish speaking clients. He is especially adept at virtual facilitation using the latest meeting technology. One of his projects on accelerated change management had him working virtually with a team located in India, London and Washington DC.
He applies his sharp, focused mind and extensive knowledge in change management, strategic planning, and business to help clients solve their most pressing issues. A master facilitator, Eric laces his lecturettes with engaging stories that explain the concepts in pictures and words the audience can understand. Eric is certified in strategic management with master level training in strategic management and group facilitation. He has a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, and a BA from Universidad de las Americas in Mexico City.
Jeri called the jungles of Indonesia home for the first 10 years of her life while her father worked as a corporate trainer with the Ford Foundation and then Standard Oil of New Jersey (Exxon).
She spoke Bhasa Indonesia like a native as a child, which helped developed her facility for languages later on. She has traveled around the world twice, experiencing two typhoons aboard ship in the process, and has many strange tales to share about growing up in the jungle.
Jeri’s exposure to many cultures and languages colors her outlook on life and her openness to working with others. An empathic soul, she easily steps into her client’s shoes to see things from their viewpoint. This helps her better understand their needs and challenges so she can apply her skills to create solutions that work.
A certified strategic management professional, Jeri’s passion is marketing, especially online and social media networking. With more than 30 years of experience in all facets and levels of marketing, she saw marketing’s future when introduced to LinkedIn back in 2005. Since then, Jeri has developed an expertise in online marketing and social media which she uses to help clients from Fortune 100 to solopreneurs and non-profit organizations.
Jeri has master level training in strategic management and group facilitation, a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, and a BA in Spanish from Chapman University in California. She teaches an online social media marketing class through Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ.
As one client eloquently told us… “Your respect for one another shines through as you work together. It is wonderful to see and experience as a participant.”
